You can slip a 1/4in screw through the weave of the belt, and coupled with some spacers you have a trackbelt. Waist: Some rubber bands or zipties around a belt is the common alternative I think, but if you use an elastic braid belt, you can do all sorts of things (and those are much more comfortable and adjustable, and cheaper!, than regular belts). You can add something like dance socks to the shoe if you need more slide (for things like dancing, zumba, etc.) With the right kind of lacing you can create a very robust set of 3 loops that can be tightened with a single slide of the lace locking mechanism, has no chance of slipping off like a strap, and is more robust than normal laces. They've always come loose.įeet trackers: if you aren't apposed to wearing shoes inside, using a pair of comfortable laced shoes, with the laces replaced with the elastic shoelaces. I've had multiple pairs, the plus, amazon knockoffs. I just really hate the velcro of the track straps. If you're budget-conscious (or are willing to take my word for it), there are equally as good or better DIY options that are cheaper.
